Shipping & Returns
Below are some common questions about shipping, returns, and exchanges
Where do you ship from?
Standard website orders are fulfilled from our U.S. warehouse. If you are requesting products through our catalog and quote process, shipping availability and fulfillment options will be reviewed based on your order and delivery location.
How long will it take to receive my order?
It depends on the shipping method you select at checkout:
- Standard Shipping (FREE): delivering in 5 to 7 business days.
- Priority Shipping ($19.99): delivering in 3 to 5 business days.
- Express Shipping ($49.99): delivering in 1 to 3 business days.
Paid shipping methods will shorten the en-route phase, check our shipping policy for more details.
Do you ship internationally?
Standard website orders currently ship to the contiguous United States only. If you are located outside this region, please submit a quote request or contact support@yeesiteelec.com. Shipping availability, rates, and delivery timelines for these orders are provided case by case.
What is your return policy?
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
We cover the shipping costs. Once your return request is accepted, we will bear all shipping costs associated with sending the item back to us, regardless of the reason for the return.
To start a return, you can contact us at support@yeesiteelec.com. If your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
We try to process orders as quickly as possible (often within 24 hours). If you need to make a change or cancel, please contact us immediately at (626) 474-4275, email support@yeesiteelec.com, or reach us through the chat bubble on the bottom left of our website. If the order has not yet left our warehouse, we can certainly update it for you.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All transactions are encrypted and secure.
Do you offer discounts for bulk purchases?
Yes, we support installers, venues, and rental companies! If you are looking to outfit a full stage or buy in bulk, please contact us for a custom quote.

Yes. YeeSite lighting is designed to be approachable and easy to use. Many products support standalone operation, built-in programs, and sound-activated modes, making them suitable for users with little or no lighting experience.
Can YeeSite lights be used in professional setups?
Absolutely. In addition to simple operation, YeeSite products support DMX control with multiple channel modes, allowing them to be integrated into professional lighting systems and programmed setups.
