1. 2-Year Limited Warranty

YeeSite hereby warrants to the original purchaser that our products will be free of manufacturing defects in material and workmanship for a period of 2 Years (24 Months) from the date of purchase.

  • This warranty is valid only if the product is purchased within the United States of America.

  • It is the owner’s responsibility to establish the date and place of purchase by acceptable evidence (such as an order confirmation or receipt) at the time service is sought.

2. How to Obtain Service

To obtain warranty service, you must first contact us to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA#). Goods returned without an RA# will not be accepted.

  • Shipping: Send the product only to the YeeSite factory/warehouse. All shipping charges must be pre-paid by the customer.

    • If the requested repairs or service (including parts replacement) are within the terms of this warranty, YeeSite will pay return shipping charges to you (within the United States).

  • Packaging: If the entire instrument is sent, it must be shipped in its original package.

  • Accessories: No accessories should be shipped with the product. If any accessories are shipped with the product, YeeSite shall have no liability for loss of or damage to any such accessories, nor for the safe return thereof.

3. Warranty Exclusions (What is Not Covered)

This warranty is void under the following conditions:

  • Serial Number: If the serial number has been altered, removed, or rendered illegible.

  • Modifications: If the product is modified in any manner which YeeSite concludes, after inspection, affects the reliability of the product.

  • Unauthorized Repair: If the product has been repaired or serviced by anyone other than the YeeSite factory, unless prior written authorization was issued to the purchaser.

  • Improper Maintenance: If the product is damaged because it was not properly maintained as set forth in the instruction manual.

4. Limitations of Liability

This is not a service contract, and this warranty does not include maintenance, cleaning, or periodic check-ups.

  • Remedy: During the 2-Year period, YeeSite will replace defective parts at its expense with new or refurbished parts and will absorb all expenses for warranty service and repair labor by reason of defects in material or workmanship.

  • Sole Discretion: The sole responsibility of YeeSite under this warranty shall be limited to the repair of the product, or replacement thereof, including parts, at our sole discretion.

  • Incidental Damages: Under no circumstances shall YeeSite be liable for any loss or damage, direct or consequential, arising out of the use of, or inability to use, this product.

5. Design Changes

YeeSite reserves the right to make changes in design and/or improvements upon its products without any obligation to include these changes in any products theretofore manufactured.
