1. Shipping Overview

Orders placed directly through our website (standard website orders) currently ship to the contiguous United States only. If you are located outside this region, or need products through our catalog and quote process, please submit a quote request. Shipping availability, rates, and delivery timelines for these orders are provided case by case.

The shipping policy on this page applies to standard website orders only.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Our delivery timeline consists of two parts: Order Processing (getting your package ready) and Transit Time (time with the carrier).

Processing Policy:

  • All orders are processed in chronological order.
  • All orders are processed within 24 business hours.

  • Order Processing: The time it takes for us to pick, pack, and hand your order to the carrier.
  • Transit Time: The estimated time the carrier takes to deliver to your address after pickup.
  • Business Hours/Days: Monday through Friday, excluding national holidays.

3. Shipping Destinations & Exclusions

Currently, we do not ship to the following locations:

  • Alaska
  • Hawaii
  • Guam
  • Northern Mariana Islands
  • U.S. Virgin Islands
  • Armed Forces Americas (AA)
  • Armed Forces Europe (AE)
  • Armed Forces Pacific (AP)

If an order is placed with a shipping address in any of these locations, it will be automatically cancelled and refunded.

4. Order Processing Details

  • Priority & Express Orders: These are prioritized in our queue. Orders placed before our daily cutoff typically ship the same business day or the next business morning.
  • Weekends & Holidays: Orders placed on weekends or national holidays will begin processing on the next available business day.
  • Tracking: You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) as soon as the label is created. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking status to update.

5. Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
