Installation, Cleaning & Maintenance
Installation
  • Orientation: The machine must be installed on a flat surface or hung from a truss. It must NOT be tilted. Ensure it is level.
  • Rigging: If suspending from a truss, use a rated mounting clamp (M10 bolt hole) and always attach a safety cable to the safety loop.
  • Clearance: Maintain at least 20 inches (50 cm) of clearance from adjacent surfaces for ventilation. Do not place near flammable materials (12 inches / 0.3m distance).
Cleaning
  • Schedule: Clean the system after every 40 hours of operation to prevent heater clogging.
  • Procedure: Empty the haze fluid, then fill the tank with cleaning water (distilled water recommended). Run the machine in a well-ventilated area until the tank is almost empty. Refill with haze fluid and run briefly to clear water from the pump.
Maintenance
  • Storage: Before storing, run the cleaning cycle. Do NOT store with fluid in the tank. Disconnect power completely.
  • Fuse Replacement: If the unit fails to power on, check the fuse located in the power socket. Replace only with the exact same type and rating.
