Installation, Cleaning & Maintenance
Installation
  • Position: Use the adjustable bracket as a kickstand on a stable, level surface, or have a qualified installer mount the fixture overhead with appropriately rated hardware and an independent safety cable.
  • Outdoor use: Close all waterproof caps and covers before temporary outdoor operation. Do not immerse the fixture, use it near standing water, or install it in a maritime/coastal environment.
  • Charging: Power off before charging and use only the supplied or manufacturer-approved charger in a dry, well-ventilated location. Do not charge in rain or excessive moisture, and do not connect to a dimmer pack.
  • Clearance: Keep at least 8 in (20 cm) from flammable materials and 1.6 ft (0.5 m) from illuminated surfaces; maintain airflow and stay below 104°F (40°C) ambient temperature.
  • UV safety: Never look directly into the light. Avoid direct eye or skin exposure within 11 ft (3.3 m), follow the guide’s eye and skin protection instructions, and avoid prolonged UV exposure.
Cleaning
  • Preparation: Switch off, disconnect the charger, and allow approximately 15 minutes for cooling before cleaning.
  • Exterior: Gently remove dust with a soft, dry cloth; use a clean, nonabrasive cloth on the optical surface without opening the housing.
  • Seals: Check that caps and seals remain intact. Do not immerse the fixture or use high-pressure water to clean it.
Maintenance
  • Battery storage: Store at room temperature in a dry location with at least 50% charge; recharge every six months during extended storage and avoid letting charge fall below 30%.
  • Inspection: Check the bracket, safety attachment, charger, charging port, and waterproof seals before use. Stop using the fixture if there is damage, leakage, deformation, or an unusual battery odor.
  • Service and transport: Use the original packaging where possible. Contact YeeSite support for battery replacement or repairs; there are no user-serviceable parts inside.

FAQs

Please read our FAQs page to find out more.

Can I use this PAR light outdoors?

Yes, for temporary outdoor setups with all waterproof covers, connectors, and seals secured. Its IP65 enclosure is not intended for immersion, high-pressure water, permanent outdoor installation, or maritime/coastal locations.

How long does the battery last?

Enjoy approximately 12 hours of single-color lighting, 7 hours in auto mode, or 4.5 hours with all colors on. Actual runtime varies with brightness, operating mode, and battery condition.

Can several lights run together without a DMX console?

Yes. Wireless master-slave mode lets one fixture running a standalone program control compatible slave fixtures in the same wireless group; set the slave addresses to 001. In this setup, aim the IR remote at the master.

Does the UV channel produce actual ultraviolet light?

Yes. The RGBWA+UV LEDs include dedicated ultraviolet output, not just an RGB purple preset. Avoid direct eye or skin exposure within 11 ft (3.3 m), wear appropriate protection, and never look directly into the light.
