1500W LED Snow Making Machine

This was a very cool item to have for Halloween. It only worked well for me when it was flat on its back rather than on its side. When it was on its side, no fog would come out no matter how long I waited. As soon as I laid it back on its back, it worked just fine. The optional variety of lights were cool as well.

This machine is powerful, for sure. I took it outside to the back patio, which is covered. It takes a few minutes to heat up but then the fog starts shooting up and in just a few seconds the whole lanai was filled with fog. It was so thick that I couldn’t see people on the other side the fog machine. The lights add a cool effect. They cycle between red, blue, green and you can use the remote to select the lights, as well. I’m pretty happy with it. Just don’t use it inside like I did the first time. The smoke alarms go off and it takes a while for it to clear out. If you use it inside just be sure to doable the alarms first. And be sure to reactivate them after you are finished. I think that the description says this but it does not come with the fog liquid. You have to buy that separately.

Simple to set up and use… seriously a lot of fog! So if you’re looking for a lot of Fog this is it… color lights are controlable but couldn’t figure out how to stop or control the disco color lights.

It’s a pretty cool digger for parties, it has a remote control and is super easy to use. The lights are pretty bright and it has pretty good fog output. Would recommend for beginner Dj’s since it doesn’t require DMX and is pretty plug and play

SUMMARYAfter opening the package and setting up the lights (each one has its own power cord) [see photo] I referred to the manual to show me how to take these babies through their paces. There are a lot of modes and it was very entertaining to walk through them [see photo of controller and manual]. Colors were bright and light intensity was very good! I was impressed. Unfortunately I don’t have a DMX controller so I couldn’t test some of the more subtle features. I liked the ability to daisy-chain the DMX cables to control both lights together. I wonder if daisy-chaining the power would also be an optional benefit. These lights add an instant atmosphere to your party. With almost unlimited color and movement combinations, you can really set the mood you are looking for. There's even an option to have the lights pulse with the music you're playing.One remote powers both lights, or you can do adjustments on the back or each light individually.These give off a strong but not blinding light.

I was looking for something to back like this project from the top and the bottom and these lights delivered exactly that. You can see that there'sn't too much bleed behind the unit. And it's showing up pretty bright.

Very good par lights when you need something compact.I can't wait to try these with my new PC DMX controller.The built in sound response is very good and adapts to different music very well.

Used these for a Halloween display, they work well, not the brightest but a nice light for decor.

This snow machine was a big hit this past holiday season! I made my own snow solution as I seen described in another review. It works great and creates a lot of snow quickly. Some mornings our lawn still had snow on it. (I live where it does not snow)

Keep in mind the box needs to be at least 5 to 10 inches larger then the unit. Since it needs airflow for ventilation and heat dispersion, especially when used outdoors. The remote works well and offers a good distance and you don't have to have direct line of sight. This is perfect for those occasions that need a bit more discretion.The fake snow:This is a solution of water and a special type of bubble mixture. That is forced through a fine mesh nozzle. The resulting white fluffiness is a sort of semi dry foam that looks like falling snow. You can adjust the density from subtle to full on snow storm. Adding just the right amount of ambiance to the scene.Final thoughts:This is going to be used to add so much to my cinematography and photography portfolio. Cant wait to create all sorts of effects, with this unique machine. Thanks to it's ease of operation, medium sized tank and high efficiency extrusion element. This is a heavy duty snow machine. It creates a lot of snow. The all metal construction is a plus as we tried one before from a different manufacturer that was made out of plastic and it didn't last.The included remote is easy to use and works perfectly. The mounting bracket makes it easy to use lag screws to mount onto wood or metal. It also makes it easy to carry the snow machine around. Add a c-clamp and you can use it with a light stand or truss.We used it evening time and the weather was in the 70's. The output was more than enough to entertain guests. Adulrs and kids really liked the effect.

I'm quite familiar with fog machines and the difference in quality and price so I was skeptical of how good of a snow machine this may be. However, this one exceeded my expectations. No, it doesn't look exactly like real snow but it's close enough. As others have said, it is a bit loud, but if you are playing music or watching from indoors it's not bad, especially if you're used to the sound of the fans on all the blow up yard decorations. I don't anticipate using it that often so hopefully it lasts many seasons.

... Even though the snow that it puts out is kind of clumpy and not very natural looking LOL. But it does work and that really surprised me. Naturally it'll take quite some time to cover an area and make it appear to look like fresh falling snow but it does work. It is a little bit loud but that's not a terrible thing to have to deal with for the results that you're getting. This would be great for a small production, or for small children at Christmas time etc.

I was hoping, with snow machine, I can cover tree and front drive with snow for several days.It last not more than an hour at most, maybe less.However, it's fun to play when kids are around.Wish someone come up with longer lasting snow (like 3 to 4 days)....

Talk about Christmas in July!! This little machine is so much fun! I honestly didn’t know these existed as it looks more like a fog machine. I must admit however, that I thought that it ran on plain water. But you actually have to but special “snow fluid” to put in this machine and create “snow”. Not sure I’d run this in the house but they claim people do. But we have celebrations like Christmas in July and I plan to use this outside for that!! So much fun when you want to add more of a Christmas spirt!!

After starting up, the snowflake effect is very dreamy. The "snow" that comes out is light and fluttering. It is especially suitable for weddings, holiday parties or backyards to create an atmosphere. The whole scene is immediately impressed by the effect, and it can also take super photos! The lighting is very convenient, and the switch can be controlled from a long distance. There is no need to run around to adjust it. The operation is simple and easy. The machine itself is not big, it is easy to move, and it does not take up too much space when folded up.

I'm a Michigander displaced to Texas, so I'm very familiar with snow. What comes out of this is more like foam clumps than snow. It LOOKS vaguely like snow as it falls, though some pieces are a bit too large for real snow, but it'd be good for special effects as long as you mind that the floor can get slippery if you use it too much all in one place too quickly. I thought it would come with a little tester of snow fluid but I had to go order that separately. The remote is nice to have, giving you control at a distance so you can place it higher up to get the better effect of falling snow. Overall, it's not quiiiiite what I was expecting, but I'm satisfied with this and the 'snow' it puts out.

This is a solidly built snow machine. I grabbed it for a stage performance. It is a little loud, but we were able to mask the sound in the wings. It makes great flakes.

My partner’s favorite movie is frozen and her birthday was fast approaching. I wanted a theme to match her favorite movie kinda like a child’s birthday party but if that child was in her early 40s.I had already purchased a snow machine. It was about half the cost of this one and let me tell you, you get what you pay for in the competitive world of snow machines. And there seems to be quality/price tiers as with all products. This is on the higher end of snow machines that aren’t commercial or industrial But on the low end of the high end, if that makes sense. Its also absolutely amazing. Exceeded my every expectation and then some. I was of course, expecting the residue to be wet, but this is can be used indoors and the snow dissolves on its own, but not into anything that will stain or leave you soaked, cold or even inconvenienced.It’s an amazing aesthetic attribution to any themed event where snow is wanted without the hassle that comes with real snow. That 800 watts can push out a winter storm upon you.The remote is fantastic and actually works at fairly decent range. It’s even got a little antenna so you can go the distance if needed.I was doubtful because of my prior purchase of the “little snow machine that couldn’t” but after seeing what this snow machine can do, I definitely realize it is very much you get what you pay for.So if you want something that’s going to wow and amaze your event goers in a fairly medium sized room. This is your snow machine.

Even in the Northern Midwest, a white Christmas is definitely harder to come by these days. This snow machine has made it really fun to use even when it is the middle of winter. Oftentimes our Christmas' are warmer than usual with no snow, which really takes away that white Christmas feeling. This year we will have a snow machine on our side to have some "snow" fun. This machine arrives pretty much ready to go out of the box. It does not include any sample sized fluid to make your snow, so be sure to order yourself a gallon right away. Because this is outside, I really did not pay attention to the sound this machine was making while producing snow, but it made the snow easy and well. I suggest keeping the box it comes in for storage while you are not using this machine. I also love that it comes with a remote to turn it on and off, which is handy when you are not outside or busy entertaining. Overall I am really pleased with this snow machine and look forward to using it this Christmas!
