FAQs

Please read our FAQs page to find out more.

Does this fixture support RDM?

Yes. It supports Remote Device Management (RDM), allowing you to change critical settings (like DMX address) remotely using a compatible controller.

How many units can I daisy chain together?

You can power link a maximum of 4 units when running on 110V power. Do not exceed this number.

What is the difference between the 4 Channel and 39 Channel modes?

The 4 Channel mode offers simple control over the entire fixture (Red, Green, Blue, White), while the 39 Channel mode gives you individual control over all 16 zones (8 RGB + 8 White) for complex pixel-mapping effects.

Can this be used outdoors?

No. This device is IP20 rated, meaning it is not protected against water or rain. It is intended for indoor/dry locations only.
